Danbury Mint Chihuahua Tree Christmas 12 TESTED With Star READ RESTORATION
SO MUCH going on here!! Such an ambitious idea by the famous Danbury Mint with SO MANY Chihuahua's we seriously can't even count them all. Other examples typically will be missing the star on top and/or will have several areas of missing parts - usually ears and tails. The star is often missing and found unattached to the tree however this star if firmly attached. This model is also notorious for one whole dog having broken off, as in this item... The power cord is hard-wired and the dog nearest the cord is gone. Nine (9) areas of concern were identified, with repairs made to the following items using 2-part epoxy adhesive, wire reinforcement and Aves Fixit Sculpt.
Each repair has been photograped (before and after where applicable) and number in photos correspond as follows. 4: Candy Cane: On closer inspection it appears there is NO DAMAGE to this candy cane - no repair made. 5: Missing dog mentioned above - no repair made.
