Vintage Frankenstein, Dracula 34 Plush Standing Halloween Decor Toys Not Work

  

Frankenstein does work but he is not very loud. They are supposed to have light up eyes and talk when someone walks by them. They are vintage and do have some small stained spots from age and use.
