This is a GE Merry Motion Holiday Greeting Banner featuring 3 large snowman that light up and blink to simulate motion. This is a large banner you simply unroll and plug in they are already set up like in pictures and they light up and move this is a very large decoration but is very easy to set up! The ends of the red scarfs of the large snowman blink like they are blowing in the wind and all the stars blink too. Decoration is huge standing 8 feet long x 4 feet tall. All 500 bulbs are working. Has dial to change how fast lights blink from slow-fast and many in speeds in between or has steady light mode. Decoration is blue, white, red and orange in color. Has metal poles that you can stake in ground to set up OR has hooks you can use to hang from wall, fence, tree, house or pretty much anything you like. Stays lit even if one bulb burns out. 9/10 condition wise easily no significant damage of any kind. Original box included which shows light wear from storage. All six poles are included.
