The outer box has some wear. The ride itself is complete with no damage that I can see to the base, tower, arms, or rockets. The AC adaptor is included, I have tested it, it appears there is a problem with one of the gears, when it spins I hear a slight noise. The lights on the arms light up, the music works.

The on switch works but it does not turn it off, you need to unplug to turn off. I did not try to fix it. Also included is the instructions, registration card, and tag.
