Vintage Halloween German Candy Composition Container Witch/JOL. Missing bottom plug and as you can see from from the photos this item has lost quite a bit of its paint. There is also a small hairline crack in the center of the witches chest (I only just now found it when taking photos). Happy to answer any questions.
