Antique Reproduction 1900s Santa/ Mica-Encrusted Early Auto High-Quality

  

Offering a high-quality vintage German 1900's reproduction of Santa Claus riding in a glass & mica-encrusted oval, early race-car style automobile. The piece measures 8 1/2" long x 6" tall x 4 1/2 wide. The multicolored, mixed-media piece looks like an original, but is about 30+/- years old. Santa's face is finely-detailed & hand-painted. He has a full, fluffy snowy, long beard, purposely-faded, light red cloth Belsnickle-style coat, hat, & trousers with pipe-cleaner detail. In the car, he is seated with a bottle brush Christmas tree coated with silvery material & bedecked with silver faux-pearl garland. Two tall, silver tinsel trees with red beads for decoration also fill the auto beside him. Santa is further aged with a liberal dusting of faux snow & glitter.
