This is 4ish feet tall. The animations on this one are fully functional (very rare for these pieces). Mickeys arm with the star moves and he twists his body, Pluto wags his tail to ring the bell and moves his head, Minnie moves his arms up and down and turns, Daisy acts as if she is balancing the ornaments and kicks her leg, Donald rings his bell and acts like he is catching his balance, and Goofy moves his leg and pulls the light string.
This is in very good condition but does show minor signs of use some of the red from the ladder is rubbing off on the light string and I noticed some of Goofys buttons that are supposed to be attached are not, and the ornaments might have minor chipping but nothing significant unless pictured. The only true flaw is the green light on the top need to have the wires reattached but that is an easy and quick fix (I did touch the wires together to confirm it will work once reattached completely). The original box and sleeve is included. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
