Each of the 5 Santa helpers moves. One of the motors is broken on one unit, but probably could be easily repaired. Otherwise they are in perfect condition. We would only put them outside for a couple of weeks every year, otherwise were all stored indoors at room temperature.

The set was the centerpiece of our outside Christmas decorations and people would drive from other suburbs to sit in their cars and watch them. You can watch this video and at the 1:12 mark you can see them all up close what they looked like outside, while moving.
