Vintage ROSBRO Hard plastic Halloween Pumpkin Scarecrow Candy Container about the 1950s. Unmarked but this is a known piece. Would have had a little scooter under his feet (there is a spot to put him on it under the feet). In well kept shape, colors present well. May show nicks or scratches but generally well stored and displayed.
