This is a Holographic Santa Train Engine made by the one and only Noma. Train lights on wheels and smoke stack blink to make it look like they are moving. Train is 3 pieces put together. Most lights work maybe 90%, some on santa and bow and a couple other don't but overall looks really good. Shows just typical signs of wear you would expect in most used holographic decorations.
