Lot Of Fun Vintage Retro MCM Christmas Kitschy Decorations 50s 60s 70s Japan
This lot of vintage retro Christmas Holiday kitschy decorations includes: 1 1 Flocked Dancing Santa with blue eyes and bushy beard. 2 1 Stuffed Reindeer (missing 1 antler) - Japan tag 3 1 Musical Snow globe with flake snow - Supposed to play "Jingle Bells" but it does not. 4 1 Putz House - Japan - chunky glitter, mica snow 5 1 Small Plastic Santa walking with tree in hand (arm is loose, but can be repaired easily).
6 1 Plastic Santa face music box - 70s - doesn't work but still looks cool sitting out on display. Head sort of tilts to the side. 7 1 set of larger Retro Bubble Lights... 8 1 Retro Bubble Light nightlight.
9 2 rolls of fake brick that originally came with a 50s or 60s cardboard fireplace. This could be used to make your own fireplace for Christmas or as part of a whimsical vintage craft!
10 2 Tree Toppers - Gold fringe wreath with candles and plastic red, green, blue and yellow star, made to look like stained glass. Gorgeous and very MCM looking!
11 1 Small string of vintage Christmas lights with C7 bulbs. Has the red and green wire that were so prevalent from the past.
12 2 Candy Dishes - 1 is a green holly leaf with berries and was made by Lefton Japan - 1347. The other is a heavy glass 50s or 60s red, white and clear glass patterned candy bowl. Solid and oh so vintage. 13 1 Kitschy Plastic 70s or 80s white holly wreath. 14 1 set of 6 vintage Hallmark 50s or 60s paper Santa Claus placemats 15 3 retro looking stockings 16 2 strings of mini bubble lights. 17 Vintage Italian Gingerbread string lights from the 1960s. 18 1 issue of Family Circle Magazine from December 1949. 19 2 small wooden signs. Both are made to look vintage - like 50s and 60s.
These would look nice in a vintage Christmas display. Some of the lights on the strings do not work, or at least I couldn't get them to work. I'm sure someone with handy skills could get them all working. Please see all pics and don't hesitate to ask any and all questions.
