Up for your consideration is a retired pre-owned Department 56 Snow Village called Grimsly Manor. All lights and sounds work!

Sounds are creaking & slamming doors, screams, rocking chair noises and lightning flashes. Height is about 12 inches tall. There are a few small chips as you can see in the last 2 photos. In photo # 11 area on bottom and photo # 12 area to roof on top and area to lower roof. Areas could be touched up.
