1950 Large Mid Century Modern Christmas Tablecloth by Startex Retro Flying Santa
Fabulous RETRO looking white Reindeer dash through the snow pulling Santa and his sleigh full of presents. Flying Santa passes by snow covered rooftops and chimneys as he rushes to finish stopping at every home on Christmas eve. The corners of the tablecloth feature a large gift wrapped present tied with red ribbons. The whimsical Flying Santa scene is set on a deep green background with white stars and outlined in red. The scene goes around the edges of the tablecloth while the rectangle center is outlined in small green Christmas trees. A wonderful combination of holiday cheer just waiting for your guests to arrive. Everyone will enjoy the scene and fantastic graphics on this truly amazing tablecloth! All the colors on this vintage tablecloth are still bright and vivid with no fading. (Very bright white spots on tablecloth is the SUN coming through the window). Measurements: 81" long by 62" wide RECTANGLE. Maker: Original tag attached: STARTEX. Condition: Very very good vintage pre-owned condition. Colors are bright and vivid. A few tiny fabric slubs, a small'dot spot' and a few faint stains at the very end/edge of the tablecloth (see last 3 pictures). This fabulous RARE tablecloth is just too fabulous to pass up.
